Among the various causes of the left ventricular outflow tract obstruction, endocardial remnant tissue is the least common. A case of a subaortic endocardial remnant tissue is presented. The abnormality was detected in an asymptomatic patient by systolic murmur and was demonstrated by 2-D echocardiograpy and surgery.
